It was harder than I thought to be standing with only one leg. I understood truly that when I want to walk but can't use one leg, I have to rely on my upper body with all of my weight. I was using cruch all the time, but it caused muscle ache so much. My scar doesn't hurt that much, but my upper body is still aching.
Anyway, now I can walk little by little, so it's getting better. I'm going to hospital to give back my cruch (I hope) today after school.
It's getting cold these days.
Make sure to wear lots of clothes and be warm.

We were in Okinawa!
It seems so long ago that we'd been to Okinawa. It was just fantastic.
There were some students who I didn't know before, but we get along with really well.
We did so many fun stuff. I just can't tell everything. I've never been to Okinawa before, but I really liked it.
I've got hurt on my heel 2 days ago and now I can't walk by my self. This is hard for me...
But it was my fault.
I have to get through with this.

We are going to OKINAWA!
Day after tomorrow, we are going to have a trip to Okinawa as a class.
12 of us are going together as a group. I've never been to Okinawa, so I'm really looking forward to it. I hope whether would be nice.
Before I go on a trip, I'm always excited and at the same time nervous.
So it is at this time, too. But! I will have great time there for sure.
Today, after this class ends, I'm going to have Halloween party with my friends. We are going to make some dish and sweets. That'd be exciting, too!
It was really nice whether that we had today. Seemed like summer. Almost too hot to wear jacket.

Happy birth day!
Last weekend and on Monday, we had ourfriend's birthday party. We wanted to make it as a surprise party. We were having normal party and didn't say anything about the cake or presents. Actually we called 2 more friends seacretly to our party and at mid night, they suddenly came and started singing "Happy birthday" bringing cake with them. My friend was so surprised and she started to cry when we gave her presents at last.
It was great party and we had wonderful time.

Tag!
Just because. Just because I wanted to do something fun, I gathered some of my friends suddernly to do tagging in the late time at school. It was 2 days ago, but because it was such a fun time, I miss it already. We don't do running so often, so it was really tiring for us running around the campus, but at the same time, we had great time.
Not all friends have known from before, so I was not sure whether they get along with well or not, but I didn't have to worry about it. I think sports can connect people easily.
After running around for about 2 hours, we were exausted.
So we decided to go for dinner. It was 17 of us who went out.
It was so much fun!

Disney Magic
We didn't have class yesterday, so I went to Disney Land with my friends. It was not the best whether for going to Disney Land, but we had so much fun. Since it was not on the weekend or holiday, we didn't think that it would be so crowded, but actually there were toooo many people. Getting cold!!
It's getting cold lately. One day it was 30'c and the next day, it went down to 20'c!!
I am surprised how quickly the whether changes. It's already autum! I'm also surprised that it's already October! Time goes so fast as well. Last weekend, I gethered with my friends and had wonderful time. We brought some stuff that has been left over in the fridge and made nice lunch together at one of my friends' house. Because most of my friends live by themselves, we can't use up all the ingridients at once, so it was good chance to use them. After we had big lunch, we walked to the University. We thought there would be some students since it was Saturday afternoon, but surprisingly there were any of them! We sat on a chait at main cafeteria, but it was only us who were there. We were so excited because usually it's really crowded at lunch time. We talked for about 2hours and sometimes played volly ball in the cafeteria. Can you believe that? doing volly ball in the cafeteria! (The ball was soft, so there was no problem, though) It was so fun! After that, we went out for dinner and continued talking there. Man, we talk a lot. haha.
It was great weekend. Thank to my friends.

Our future
Just now we were talking about what are we going to do to make our dream come true in the future. I was thinking that I shouldn't be spending full of 4 years at this school, and
I was happy to know that some of my friends have close ideas. It is fun to be in this school. And of course it was our choice to get into this University. However, we feel like somethig is missing. Something which is really important to our life. If we spent time in here for all of our University years, (which is easy) we can't expore the world. And also we don't have many choices for our courses. Because Rikkyo Niiza Campus doens't have so many classes to choose from. We'd like to learn a lot about different subjects, but we can't in here.
Students in overseas, they are frexible to their University life. Sometimes they stop studying for a while and go fortraveling or do co-op work and stuff. I think Japanese students can be frexible, too.
I'm not sure actually what I'm going to do after this year, but I'm sure I'll do something else.

Bad day
Yesterday, I was really in bad luck. At first I couldn't wake up in time, so I was late for my part time job. Secondly, because I was in such a hurry and running so fast, I fell down on the ground at plat form so badly. It hurt so much, but couldn't say a word because I was stopping the train! I was so sorry... I dropped my purse and ticket in between plat form and train and that made the train stop. I was in such a shock, and disappointed to myself. Why couldn't I wake up... It was the cause for everything... I should have been more careful... Shame on me. My knee is now bleeding and hurting so much... But because I missed that train, now it's certain that I was late. I was in a bad mood for all day yetsterday.
My knee is still hurting now.
I couldn't sleep because of that pain.

Today's class
We had a special guest from last class, Adrian and continued listening about Philosophy, religion, and morality. It was interesting topic and I was so excited to listened to, but I thought the presentation was pretty difficult to understand. Because the topic came up so sudden that we didn't prepare anything, therefore it was not interesting to us. It should be made easier to understand for everyone. Otherwise, people get tired.
Philosophy and morality don't have easy answers, so 90min was not enough to understand his whole idea. Personaly, I wanted to know more about his own opinion rather than all the theories and examples.
I had so many quetions, but we didn't have time for that. Well, I wanted to listen to morepresentation.

An aquarium
Yesterday after lunch time, I had a spare time between classes. So I was talking with my friends at cafeteria. There were other friends as well on different table, and one friends who was sitting next to our table asked me gave me a free ticket to an aquarium in Ikebukuro. I didn't have any plan after school yesterday, so I decided to go out with him. We didn't expect it too much, but actually it was really amusing. We saw a lot of interesting creatures there. I was amazed to see them all. We both hadn't been to an aquarium for so long, so it was nice for us to go again.
It was suddern plan for us, but it's good to do something sudden without any plan. It was nice after school time.

A rainy day
Although it was Sunday, I came to school to have a meeting about the movie we are going to film. We don't have enough time to shoot and edit, so we are in hurry working on the script.
The idea for this movie came out really quickly from 4 of us. We are sure that it's gonna be a great one. At least we hope so.
It was a bit rainy through the day, but started raining when I was on my bycycle. I was so shocked! It was just like pouring out of the backet. I'm what is called "a rainy woman" in Japanese. Everytime when I have something special, it's raining. It's my unluck.
Today, we are going to shoot a film as much as we can.
See what's gonnna happen!

It's not enough!
These days I have so many things that I've involved with. 24 hours per day is not enough fot me... It's good that I have things to do all the time, but at the same time it's tiring.
So everyday when I go to the bed, I just fall into sleep in a minute.
Wheh we are busy, we feel as if a day is passing through it self too quickly. I'm suprised that it's only 10 days until June ends. How fast is that!? I can't believe that. But when I'm writing like this, it sounds like I'm old now.... Sad.. isn't it?
It looks nice whether we are having today.
I hope it'll be wonderful day as always.

Birthday cake
Yesterday, two of my friends came to my house and gave me a birthday cake.
It was surprize cake for me! When we met at the station, she only said it was "a small present". I did not expect it to be my birthday cake!
I was so happy that not only the cake, but that they remembered my birthday!
We had that cake, GREAT TASTE for sure, and had dinner together.
We are friends since we went to Canada together as exchange students two years ago, and has been keeping contact with since then.

Eating dinner
I had dinner with my friend today.
One of my friends live by herself, so we went her house and had dinner together. Each of us spent only 230yen, but we made really good dinner!
We made miso soup, flied egg with natto and cheese, rice, and beef with vegetables. It was SO delicious!!
We were amazed to ourselves.
After we had dinner, we had 2 ice cream bars. It was "cheese cake taste". And they were also great.
It was a fantastic night tonight!

"the letter"
On this weekend, I've read a book "the letter". I borrowed it from my best friend.
I was really anxious to read it because it was really popular among us, young people. They shoot it as a movie, too. Before reading, I imagined it would be a bit too serious and not so humanizing, but I was complete wrong! It was all about human relationship!
I couldn't stop reading. I had tons of things to do on that day, but I just couldn't do anything beside reading it. I started reading on Sunday morning , and finished just before bed time. I went to climb the mountain with my dad in the day time, so beside that, I was reading all day long. It worth reading it... I can't tell you the story because I want you to read it, too. BUT I'll tell you. I cried so hard at the end of the story. It was just sooooo sad... and ... I can't find the word..
On Saturday, I went to see the eye doctor, went to Ikebukuro for cheer dancing, and after that, I went to see "Rakugo" with my dad. I've never been to there, so I was excited. It is Japanese traditional comedy style and surprisingly, there were a lot of people in the theater! "Humor" is getting popularity these days, and I think it brought people back to the theater. The comedians also seemed surprised because these days, there weren't as many people as before. I enjoyed it very much. It was so funny. The style of the comedy is "Sit-down" that's what I call it compare to "Stand-up" style in the U.S. A guy sits alone and talks by himself for a long long time. The guy remembers the story. I was amazed for that.
Anyway, I really enjoyed my weekend!

A book
I'm now reading a book which make me think a lot about "life".
What do I really wanna do truely is not certain lately. I'm kind of lost. And I asked help to this book. It says that the most imoportant thing is to love yourself and have strong confident for what you really are. THAT is what I need now. I can't tend to be like myself. I'm loosing confidence. Isn't that sad?
Yesterday was my first day at my part time job. I found it difficult to get used to it. I'll have to work hard. I think that was one reason why I was feeling depressed and confused last night. I was just exsausted. I hope I'll be able to walk on my foot again as strong as I had been before.
I might need some help, but I wish I can make it.

I'm home in Tokyo!
May, 7th
I'm at school and typing this from computer room. I'm quite full because a lot of my friends game me nice yummy souvenieres because they'd been back home as well. And most of the time "sourvenier" is a nice small treat, so now I've eaten too much sweets...
I'm gonna tell you a little bit about my journey going back home. As I wrote before, I went to see some of my favorite friends and teachers as much as possible. Everyone was fine which was the best thing to know, and we talked so much! It was strange because we'd been apart for almost 2 month, but we felt like we'd seen each other just yesterday.
I guess the true friend is just like that. When we see each other, we don't feel any distance. I think that's wonderful. And I'm happy to have such friends back home.
Through out 3 days, I'd kept eating too much... Because when we see people, that means we have dinner or lunch together and talk. "Eating together makes good conversation", right? Which I agree with totally. I can't tell everything which has happened to me all this vacation because this is not enough space!
But one thing.
This journey brought to me a lot of courage and hopes, and what it the most, the love of friends.

Reteurning home
May 2nd,Tue.
I's been about 1 month since I've left my home town Ritto, Shiga prefecture.
And today, I'm going back home!
I'm a bit nervous but mostly exciting. I'm gonnna see some of my favotrite friends and teachers. I have tons of stories to tell them. I can hardly wait to see them...
After next class, I'm gonna jump into the bus and it takes 8hours to get home.
It's gonna be a long trip, but I'm really excited for that! Actually I made some sandwiches and a rice ball for lunch and supper. I love travelling alone.
I think we are so lucky to have "golden week" at this time of the year. I mean the school and works start in April here in Japan, and 1 month after, some poeple start to get tired of new life. Eerything new is fun and enjoyable, but at the some time tiring as well. Therefore, golden week vacation at this time of the year gives us nice break time.
